The Site
A little under 8 acres of pristine undeveloped land, bordered to the rear by
Forestry Commission land so no further development can take place overlooking
the site.
Sitting on top of a natural hot mineral water spring, there is an application
for extraction at in excess of 1litre per second of 58 degree water to run the
natural healing on site spa.
Currently less than 4 km from the new Ian Woosnam 18 hole golf course,
Banya itself has its own 18 hole course in the pipeline.
World famous Bansko is less than 4 km drive along a straight well maintained
